WordPress Website Maintenance

Not sure if you need website maintenance? Read the reason why we strongly feel you do.

From $60 a month per website for our Standard Maintenance Package, (discount applies for multiple websites by the same owner) I will take care of your sites’ maintenance. This includes updating of core software, themes and plugins.

It also includes minor website edits or revisions per month. Minor revisions can include small updates to content, uploading a product etc. Each package has different amount of included edits as described below.

Clicking the Add to Cart button will subscribe you to this service for $60 per month for the Standard Maintenance, $90 per month for the Premium Maintenance, and $120 per month for the Elite Maintenance. Cancel at any time, with two weeks written notice.

We will invoice you each month. You have 3 days to pay.

All monthly maintenance packages are to be paid in advance, for the month ahead.

If payment is not received by the invoice due date, without making alternate arrangements, we will presume that you no longer require our services and we will cease maintaining your site.

How does it work?

  1. Pay for your subscription, or contact us for more info.
    1. Please note:  All monthly maintenance payments are paid in advance. You pay on the first of the month for website maintenance for the month ahead. ie pay 1st March to have us maintain your website for the whole month of March.
  2. Once payment is received, we will ask for your WordPress login information.
  3. We will add a plugin to your site to allow us to maintain your site on a daily basis. This plugin will allow us to maintain your website, without having to access your site, each time.
  4. Each day, we will check your website for updates.
  5. Your maintenance package also includes edits per month that you can opt to use. Simply contact us during the month and give us details of the edits required. If you don’t let us know the edits your require, we will scan your website and use the allocated time to improve, layout, function, seo etc of your website.

This package is ideal for small business without ecommerce.
